<p>4月はお野菜が瑞々しく美味しい季節です。</p>



<p>農業ボランティアで今回は筍を頂きました！今年は成育が早いそうでもう1メートルに伸びている筍（というかもはや竹）もありましたよ。</p>

<p><br>新鮮な筍は茹でる際の糠が不要とのこと。早速、家で1時間ほど筍を茹でてから一晩置きました。</p>

<p>翌日、皮をむいて食べたところ、しっかりとした歯ごたえとほのかな苦味で春を感じました。</p>

<p>沢山できたので残りは水につけて保存。少しずつ食べて筍料理を楽しもうと思います。</p>



<p>筍のお吸い物、麻婆豆腐、青椒肉絲、ドライカレーと和食以外も展開しております。</p>
